I’ve dreamed of The Pantry since I was 14. It blends my passions for hospitality, community, family, and food and wine — crafted so everyone can enjoy it. As a longtime allergy sufferer, I’m intentional about creating menus that everyone can enjoy and curating gifts that are designed to bring your loved ones together around the table.

Being a chef is a choice that shapes your life. It’s brought me peace, wisdom, and a deep love for family and tradition.
Gabby Patino
Rooted in faith and creativity, I see social media as more than just content — it’s a way to inspire, connect, and build community. I love bringing the brand vision to life and sharing it with all of you!
Nick Thompkins
Chef Nick was born in Mississippi and raised alongside Chef Jimmy. Despite his professional expertise his favorite meal is a classic cheeseburger. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.

Praline’s favorite part of the day? Greeting guests, sampling the occasional treat, and reminding everyone at Emily’s Pantry that the best ingredient in any recipe is a little love.
