Step 1 – Starter (Pick One)
Arugula & Beet Salad – Baby arugula, roasted beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette
Caesar Salad Kit – Crisp romaine, off-the-block Manchego, house croutons, creamy Caesar dressing
Step 2 – Entree (Pick One)
- Filet Mignon Kit – 9 oz center-cut filet mignon, rosemary-roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted asparagus, red wine jus (oven-ready)
- Airline Chicken Entrée – Bone-in, skin-on chicken breast with wing attached, roasted with garlic-herb butter, oven-ready mashed potatoes
